SEND TO A FRIEND The "Send to a Friend" feature I used to have on my web site is no longer available. My web hosting company will not allow it because it could be exploited by spammers. CLICK HERE for more information. There are many ways to send pages to your friends from your own email. Actually, many people find it easier to send pages this way. I have listed various ways you might send a page out. Internet Explorer - send link using your own email This method is for people using Internet Explorer which is web browser most people use who have Windows XP and Windows 98. This method sends a link to the web page you are sending through your own email. Your email MUST be setup for this to work. If you use Yahoo email or Hotmail or some other online email client, you method probably won't work. Once the page is open click on the following: 1. At the top of the page click on Tools 2. Then click on Mail and News 3. Then click on Send a Link An email will come up with the page location on it. You will type in the address(es) of the recipient(s). You can also type in a message if you like. Internet Explorer - send actual page using your own email This method is the same as above but instead of sending a link to the page, it sends the entire web page in the email. Your email MUST be setup for this to work. If you use Yahoo email or Hotmail or some other online email client, you method probably won't work. Once the page is open click on the following: 1. At the top of the page click on Tools 2. Then click on Mail and News 3. Then click on Send a Link An email will come up with the actual web page in the email.  You type in the  address(es) of the recipient(s). You can type in a message if you like. Forward my emails You can forward my emails. When I send a page out, you receive an email from me. You can forward that email. All email programs have that feature. Click on forward. You will see a new email come up. Put the recipient or recipients email address in the email address line. AOL users Several users of AOL emailed me and said this is how they send out pages using AOL.  If you have any more detailed information, EMAIL ME and let me know. - Click on Heart at top of link page. - Select Insert in Mail from pop up menu - A mail page will come up with the link. - You type in the recipient's email address or   use your address book to select the recipients. WebTV users Press  the Send key on my keyboard while the page you want to send is on the screen. When you do this, A screen comes up with a blank line to type in your friend's name.  Press send.  You can add a note of your own if you click the Edit your message button that is at the bottom of this screen.
